Triumph Brewing Company of New Hope at 400 Union Square Drive, New Hope, Pennsylvania.

I am hoping to update this review in the future to include a few more stars. This place has all the right ingredients- pool tables, activities, nice space, great beer (an 8-beer sampler was only $15!)... BUT the service was seriously lacking! The poor bartender was alone on a holiday night with NFL play-off games on TV so they were drowning in customers. I spent 5-10 min waiting at the bar (our table was on the side of the bar) every time we wanted or needed something. Hey can we order? More beer? Napkins? Can I get the check? All that said, the service was excellent when we had service, aside from the 2 hostesses who were cold and didn’t offer much help or info to newcomers. Management needs to schedule better (assuming no one called out) to avoid overwhelming their staff and stressing out their customers.
